Scope of this notice
This notice applies to the GRACE Lab public information website at gracelab.id. It describes the functionality implemented in this website. Separate research applications or assessment systems may have their own privacy notices and research consent requirements.
Public website functionality
This website provides information about GRACE Lab, its prototype, research approach, and future directions. It does not include accounts, a login system, contact forms, research surveys, or a participant database.
The interactive preview is a fictional conversation with two rounds of choices, patient replies, and a reflection prompt. Choices and the transcript exist only in the current page’s memory. Restarting resets the preview, and reloading starts a new preview. The website does not send these choices to a server or save them in cookies or browser storage. It does not use live AI or collect free-text answers.
Analytics, cookies, and external resources
This version does not include analytics, advertising trackers, or website code that sets cookies or writes to local storage. Its fonts use your device’s system fonts, and its styles, scripts, and icons are served with the website.
When the website is hosted, its hosting or network providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. Provider logging settings and retention periods are not specified by this website’s source code. No particular provider configuration or retention period is claimed here.
Email contact
The contact links open your chosen email application. Sending an email shares the address, message, and any attachments you choose to include with the recipient and the email services involved. There is no email submission within this website.
Please avoid sending patient information, participant records, or sensitive research data through a general inquiry. A verified process for handling such information should be established separately.
Separate applications and research consent
Planned systems include the GRACE application and KCES-R assessment portal on separate subdomains. They are not implemented by this public website. If access becomes available, review the privacy notice and, where relevant, the study information and consent materials provided by each system before using it.
This public notice does not establish the data practices, consent procedures, or legal compliance of those systems.
Changes and questions
This notice should be updated if the website introduces new functionality or if verified hosting or email practices need to be described.
